You can make your booking up to 270 days in advance. For any bookings more than 270 days in advance, please contact us directly at admin@happycrates.sg.
For cancellations with notice given at least 120 days before the date of collection: full refund of rental price and any other costs minus any discounts given
For cancellations with notice given within 119 to 30 days before the date of collection: charged 50% of the rental price and any other costs before any discounts given. The remainder of the monies paid will be refunded.
For cancellations made less than 30 days before the date of collection: no refund
We allow up to one (1) exchange of bundle subject availability and the following conditions:
For exchange with notice given at least 60 days before the date of collection: no administrative charges
For exchange with notice given within 59 to 30 days before the date of collection: 10% non-refundable administrative charge will be levied on the rental price of the bundle to be swopped out before any discounts given
For exchange with notice given less than 30 days before the date of collection: 20% non-refundable administrative charge will be levied on the rental price of the bundle to be swopped out before any discounts given
You will have to top up the price difference if the rental price of the bundle to be swopped in (before any discounts given) is higher than the rental price of the bundle to be swopped out (before any discounts given). No refunds will be provided for the price difference if the rental price of the bundle to be swopped out is lower than that of the bundle to be swopped in.
We are happy to provide a waiver on part of the assembling and delivery cost for customers who order more than 1 bundle.
For customers who intend to book 2-way delivery services for more than 1 bundle - from the second bundle onwards, you will only need to pay for the 1-way delivery option to enjoy a 2-way delivery service. The waiver will apply on the cheaper bundles.
For customers who intend to book Assemble-for-me option more than 1 bundle - from the second bundle onwards, you will only need to pay for the 1-way delivery option to enjoy the Assemble-for-me service (i.e. 2-way delivery and assembling). The waiver will apply on the cheaper bundles.

Collections are available on the day you have made a booking between 9am - 9pm. Please indicate your preferred collection timing upon checkout. In the event that you would like to change your collection timing, please drop us an email at admin@happycrates.sg at least 12 hours in advance.
In the event of damage / missing items due to earlier bookings, we will do our best to substitute the damaged / missing item with an equivalent item (in terms of value or aesthetics). In the event where Happy Crates is unable to provide an equivalent substitution, Happy Crates will provide a SGD 10 refund for each component they are not able to substitute, capped at the rental price paid minus any discounts given.
If the you are uncontactable or unavailable during the agreed delivery/pickup timings, leading to a failed delivery/pickup , you will be charged accordingly for any additional arrangements to deliver/pickup.
We provide a step-by-step guide in all of our bundles (except assemble for you)! The printed instructions are pictorial and designed to be easy to follow. If you need any emergency assistance, give us a call at the number provided during collection/delivery. We will try to attend to your request as soon as possible.
You may return the items anytime during the period of rental if sufficient notice is given. Our self-collection and one-way delivery bundles come with 4 days rental, with the day of collection being day 1. The return date and time will be arranged upon collection of the items. Items must be returned by day 4, otherwise a penalty will imposed.
We provide extensions but this is subject to availability:
Extensions that are requested and agreed to before commencing the Period of Rental will be charged at a daily rate of 25% of the rental price (before discounts and promotions are applied) and must be paid upon agreement of extension.
Extensions that are that are requested and agreed to after commencing the Period of Rental will be charged at a daily rate of 50% of the rental price (before discounts and promotions are applied), and must be paid upon return. This should be requested at least 12 hours before the pre-arranged collection date & time.
Late returns (i.e. extensions that are requested after collection) will be charged at a daily rate of 50% of the rental price (before discounts and promotions are applied), and must be paid upon return. This should be requested and agreed to at least 12 hours before the pre-arranged collection date & time.
If the rented product is held beyond the agreed period of rental, they remain in your possession without our consent. In addition to the extension fees, we will charge you for any damages if this causes loss to Happy Crates.
The penalty for damaged / missing items will be listed on the collection form. In the event of damage / missing items, the penalty will be deducted from the security deposit.
