Our ordering and fulfilment process

Step 1: Ordering

Choose from our selection of curated thematic bundles. Each bundle comes with all the items you need for an impressive set up, saving you the time and trouble. All items that comes with the bundle are stated in the product description.

Select your preferred delivery option and collection / delivery date and indicate your preferred collection / delivery time upon checking out. Please read out rental terms & conditions and refund policy before checking out.

 

Step 2: Collection

Pick up your bundle on the date you have booked. Collection is available from 9am - 9pm, but do let us know at least 12 hours in advance of your preferred collection time, so we know when we are expecting you. We are conveniently located in the Jalan Besar area.

You will be required to inspect the items and ensure that they are in a good condition before signing a rental agreement form. A refundable deposit (amount is stated on the product description) is collected upon signing of the rental agreement form.

We provide the following delivery options as well:

  • One-way delivery (+ SGD 50)
  • Two-way same-day delivery (+SGD 80)

 

Step 3: Assemble

Our bundles come with a pictorial instruction kit which is designed to be easy to follow. Simply follow the step-by-step process to put all the props together. Estimated time for set up is also stated in the product page and instruction kit, so that you can have everything under control!

We provide assembly services as well:

  • Assemble for you - Comes with two-way same-day delivery (+SGD 120)

 

Step 4: Return

Ensure that the items are in a good condition, wrap them in the packaging and put them neatly in the boxes provided.

Return your bundle on the agreed return date, which is available from 9am - 9pm. But do let us know at least 12 hours in advance of your preferred return time, so we know when we are expecting you.

Our friendly concierge will inspect the items when you return them to ensure that they are in the same condition when you pick them up. If everything is in order, our concierge will return your security deposit.
